Whilst we are proud of the fact that OakBeck Veterinary Hospital maintains nursing staff on the premises 24 hours per day, we do still try and run surgery times!

Generally there are consultations available from 09.00 - 10.00, 14.00 - 15.00 and 16.30 - 19.00 Monday to Friday. On Saturday there is a surgery from 11.00 to 13.00

Our Fees

Detailed estimates will always be provided in advance of any procedure. Signed consent is required (apart from exceptional cases where telephone verbal consent may be required - for example in mid-procedure).

Our aim is to make sure that our high quality standard of care is affordable for our clients. In order to allow us to provide the very best care many of our clients have benefitted from using Pet Insurance. We are Approved Resellers for PetPlan and our team would be happy to discuss the benefits of insurance with you.

Payment must be made at the time, often a significant deposit may be needed prior to embarking on more complex procedures. Credit or Debit card payment is preferred, cash may also be used, however cheques cannot be accepted.

Home Visits

Home visits are very rarely clinically necessary for small animal patients. However we do understand that sometimes they might be desireable. For obvious reasons these are easier to arrange with notice and during the normal working day. A home visit will always be more expensive than a consultation at the practice. Please ring to discuss the options.
